Tacos Merino Al Vapor

The food is consistently delicious—no matter what I order, it's always flavorful and satisfying. I've tried multiple items and every portion is generous. Plus, the truck is spotless and gleaming every time I visit, which adds to the great experience.

I'm not a fan of food trucks but this place is so delicious from the champurado to the hand made tortilla everything hits the spot! Also love that they are open late on firdays and Saturdays, especially for a small town where everything closes early love this!

Hard to beat their homemade tortillas! They load up the tacos with plenty of meat and grilled onions. Tripa was crunchy and cabeza was savory and melt-in-your-mouth tender.

The man knows his stuff, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious, overall great place to grab a bite

I love there hours open late. I usually order tripa tacos extra crispy or burrito. My boyfriend orders there fish tacos or burritos too. Delicious. There red salsa is tasty and hot 🔥 fire FYI. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
