I hadn’t been going to our local 31 flavors for a couple of years and recently I’ve been obsessed. I went in tonight and they’re was two young girls working. It was busy but they were very patient and kind. It’s nice to see amazing customer service now in day.

Amazing customer service this evening when I went around 8:30pm. I had a long day at work, and wanted to treat myself. The customer service made it all worth it and was refreshing to see. The two gentlemen working were a pleasure to meet.

The staff at this Baskin-Robbins is on the younger side, and for once, I'm very pleased. The "kids" are clean, polite, personable and quick. The past three times I've been there I have left put a tip in the tip jar and was happy to. I only wish other young people took such pride in their work.

This is the second time I give them a chance hoping the first time was a bad day. There was only one girl working while the other one was doing, I don't know what ( nothing). I ordered a Sunday they had no peanuts or nothing they start cleaning up early and it was 9:15 when I walked in and they close at 10:00 p.m..The scoops they gave us were kids scoop I don't recommend this place you are better off going to the grocery store and making your own dessert.
