Starbucks Coffee Company

I was very disappointed with my experience. I had to wait far too long just to get water, which made me late for class. The service was slow and not attentive. I hope this can be improved in the future

There is so much good coffee in Red Wing; Starbucks isn't it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Loved the sign: "thank you for your patience, we are so glad to be open again"

I came with three mugs to fill. They said they couldn’t fill my mugs and had to use their cups. I said “to reduce waste I use reusable mugs.” They said “we can’t do that.” They filled up 3 cups and double cupped them ; so they used 6 cups when I wanted to use none. Coffee was great but this proves that Starbucks isn’t environmentally conscious.

For a coffee shop, they are always out of cold brew, their excuse”someone forgot to make it” which is their go to excuse each week. Or they ran out of coffee beans. This place is constantly out of product. It’s amazing this place is still in business. Please hire competent people. If I could rate a zero, I would. If you’re trying to drive caribous business up, this is the way to do it.
