If you come in the morning, be prepared to be quality assurance for the staff. The employees who know what they're doing only work in the afternoon. There's a specific employee who seems to deliberately not want to pay attention. You'll say "A large hot protein latte with no flavoring" and she'll reply "What size?", "Hot or iced?", "And what kind of milk?" as if you hadn't said anything. She will then proceed to give you a matcha latte and send you on your way. I get working at Starbucks sucks but, it's got to be even worse when people are frustrated about not getting their orders completed correctly, especially when a latte costs $9.66 with tip. I will have to find another location on my commute to frequent if this continues. It happens every time those specific employees are working

Depending on the time of the day you visited, the staff is not as friendly at this Starbucks location. You have to ask for a bag, mess up your order, and restroom not open to the public per staff. Sticky floors. The norm …. Time of the day staff issues gives poor services. The positive on a busy street and their Pumpkin loaf.

I ordered only one hot latte and waited for 20 minutes. I tried to ask the employees about my order, but no one would speak to me because I am Asian. There was a bald manager (a white man) who just stood there and ignored me when I tried to ask about my order. After a while, I had to raise my voice to get the attention of an Asian female employee. Instead of helping, she simply gave me someone else’s coffee. When I told her it wasn't a hot latte, she finally made a new one. This place is racist—even that employee, who is Asian just like me.

my god this is the worst starbucks, see the photo for the amount of the beverage they give. Ridiculous! And they said yes you just give this if you don’t want ice. I don’t understand, the easiest way you can do is add some water because ice is water, I just don’t want get frozen! Is that hard?! Trash service

The Starbucks app says this location is open today, a holiday, but it lies. Went a long way out of my way to come here, past a dozen other Starbucks who went to the trouble of marking themselves closed in the app, but I suppose this location doesn't care about their customers' time.
