Starbucks Coffee Company

Here is a photo of my coffee this morning. A venti white chocolate mocha with NO foam. This is unacceptable. I come to Starbucks expecting quality service and products and get charged way more than I should be therefore, I expect FULL cups of coffee. I’ve been going to Starbucks weekly for years and even built a reputation with a different location to where we are on a first name basis, this location is a constant problem. I specifically go out of my way most days to avoid this location. DO BETTER.

First time visiting this location, the attention from staff was quick, and drinks were made right away. Nice vibes inside and pretty much quiet. The parking lot was pretty full so i drove around back looking for more parking but ultimately wound up in the drive thru line. Fortunately i was able to back out. I remember when this location was my favorite Bp gas station lol

Super friendly workers and always get my order perfectly! Also very clean and cozy inside.

The workers here act like you’re an inconvenience to them. I’d rather drive to the Harbourview location and get friendly service.

I love how they are quick to make my order and that if I order in the app it's ready when I arrive.
