Rick's Frozen Custard

Cheap prices, excellent customer service and THE BOMB frozen custard! Banana Pudding Concrete and the Hot Fudge Brownie sundae had us punching the air with joy while riding down Airline Blvd. Love this place. Always have, always will. The best!

Poor customer service I visited your location on Sunday, January 11, and had an extremely disappointing experience in the drive-thru. After being given a menu and placing my order, I asked about a charge difference on my bill. The employee assisting me responded rudely and stated that it was not her problem, claiming she was the manager. Due to her behavior, I requested to speak with another manager. I then spoke with another employee who also claimed to be a manager and repeated that the issue was not her problem. She stated she would provide the manager’s contact information but later said she could not and that the manager did not want to speak with me. I am leaving this review based on my experiences from 2007-2012. This eas hands down the best sweet treat spot around. Im pleasantly surprised to see that Rick's is still making smiles. We ate there once a week religiously and it was always top tier. Probably the worst and best part of my diet 😂

Love this little place! Frozen custard is delicious and reasonably priced. We go a couple times a month.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and only a handful of people waiting. 3 girls working. Waited over 20 minutes and overheard others commenting on slow it was. The chili dog was absolutely disgusting and no napkins were provided. Went to the window to ask for a napkin or paper towel and although they saw me waiting (one made eye contact and smirked, then went to the back), no one came to the window to see if anything was needed. Custard was OK but due to horrific service and attitude we will never return.
