C’mon, I ordered the bag of coffee in the app, ahead of time, in order to save time. Why don’t you look at the order and grind it like you’re supposed to? Why do I then have to wait as you prep everyone else’s order before you grind the coffee like I asked? Why do I pay a premium for this? I’m going to Caribou Coffee instead.
