JT's Pizza & Pub - Jerome Village

We went to JT’s Pizza and Pub in Jerome Village today for its grand opening. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, they have every possible sporting event on TV’s around the perimeter of the dining room, the manager came around several times to see how everything was, but most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing! This is going to be one of our favorite spots. Highly recommend.!

Sorry to say, but the service was absolutely horrible!! I'm letting it slide for my first visit to this location, because they are still working out the kinks of opening and they were pretty busy. But they'd better figure it out, because sitting for over 10 minutes before anyone stops by our table to even acknowledge you are there is unacceptable. And, the service didn't get any better after that! As for the pizza... Just like the other JTs locations, friggin DELICIOUS!!!! Piping hot, crispy crust, cooked to perfection! The Old Fashioneds were also perfect. Great atmosphere, lots of TVs (And plenty of parking). But again, if the service is this bad on next my visit, 5 star review is getting revised.

First time here. Great service from Melissa. Ordered a small chef salad and split it for two people. Had the Founders Favorite pizza. Delicious! Definitely will make this place a neighborhood favorite.

We just picked up our first order from JT's at Jerome Village, and I have to say we were SOOO impressed! Beautiful inside, kind and friendly on the phone, and the customer service is the best! We had a big order (2 fasting parents and 3 hangry teenagers) and it was ready early and they even opened the door for me to get out easier! The food was phenomenal and we can't wait to go back! Thank you so much and we are beyond thankful to have you in our area!!

This place is really going to take off !!! Combine the delicious, flavorful Pizza, Subs & Appitizers of the original store in Linworth, and combine it with a booming location, with its ease of parking in the wide open parking area, and this place can’t lose !!! JT’s pizza is some of the best pizza in central Ohio !!!
