Plain City Pool

They have a great area for the kids to play. We buy a summer pass every year and drive from Westerville to plain city just to go to this particular aquatic center. Customer service is outstanding there and the towns people are so polite. We just enjoy going here every summer and will continue going back every year.

Super fun, super clean. Very easy access into the pool. The swings and splash pad are great for little ones.

The tube slide is thrilling and adds a lot of fun to our visits. The splash park area is perfect for kids, providing endless entertainment. For the little ones, there are swings in the water, which is such a unique feature. The zero-entry pool makes it accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The diving board is a hit with both kids and adults who love a bit of adventure. There are plenty of grassy areas for those who just want to relax and soak up the sun, and there are always enough chairs to go around. Terrible management. They take your money upfront but then prevent you from swimming, citing a vague, uncommunicated no-refund policy. The staff was rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling like I was robbed after bringing my family and relatives who were visiting from out of town. Despite leaving to buy new swimwear from Walmart, they continued to claim our swimsuits were not approved.

Very family friendly with lots to do! I have no complaints! We took our 18month old and 3 year old and all had a great time!
