Customer Service was exceptional. The only thing that I consider a downside is that this location is located on UNC Pembroke campus.

They always mess up my order, I always ask for hot white chocolate but they always hand me hot chocolate. This is the third time.

Staff isn't very welcoming, and sometimes they'll have a long line and only one person working the front while the rest are in the back talking. I used to work at at coffee shop and it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make a drink.

All the workers here need an attitude adjustment, or under go actual Starbucks training because they don’t even know that 2% is the standard milk. They hate when they mess up an order and you ask them politely to remake it- you might as well just leave.

Food is mostly good, drinks and service is a bit of a toss up. The new serious strawberry is definitely sub par, there’s way more flavor in a strawberry milkshake. Overall, I have not been pleased since the start of the semester. I’m hoping this changes soon, but as I don’t drink coffee, it won’t be that big of a loss with me.
