Ok so this adorable spot with great outdoor seating was recommended by colleagues. I lucked out and was passing through on a Wednesday, their shortest workday. I got the special: Spaghetti, salad and garlic toast. The appearance caught me off guard, but the meat sauce was good, especially if you like it sweetened. However, I couldn’t tell that they even cracked open a can of tomato sauce/paste. Absolutely no sauce and the run off in the container was pretty thin and nearly clear. I also recommend grilling the onions and green peppers first. I want their flavor but not their texture when eating spaghetti sauce. The salad and dressing (unchilled) were fine. 1:15 pm on Wednesday, October 29. After sitting through the drive thru, it’s announced that they’re closing in 45 minutes, and as such, they wouldn’t be serving any more fried chicken. In a town full of chicken shops, they elect not to serve as to inconvenience themselves.

Dive through or walk up NC style BBQ and burger joint. Definitely not bad... its average (and I mean that positive) you can taste that they try to do well. Our BBQ sandwiches were on the dry side, but there was good smoke and spice in the flavor mix. We will return and try it again.

I ordered a number 3. It consisted of chicken and ribs with the side of hush puppies, slaw and baked beans. It was horrible! Don’t recommend to anyone!!

3rd time in 3 weeks, just threw another $15 in the trash. Chicken so dry it just breaks into concrete rocks, the rib meat couldn't even be chewed let alone be pulled from the bone, potato salad was warm and gross, and I've never had a decent French fry with anything from here. It's happened too many times over the past year, so I'm out, and won't be back.
