Starbucks Coffee Company

I love this Starbucks. The nicest people work here. The place is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is always calm even when busy. One time they even hand wrote "have a great day" on my cup and that that was so kind. The only thing that really sucks is the quality of food and drinks especially with the price increase. I wish I could afford to come more often but they keep making things more and more expensive. I hope it's at least to pay the lovely employees better wages

Excellent location , very nice ambience , staffs are attentive, clean and well maintained. One star out cause of mix up in our order, otherwise all in all one of the best Starbucks location for spending time while enjoying your drink.

I’ve never written reviews, but I felt compelled to do so today because I’ve never experienced such kindness at any other establishment. While driving with my pup and boyfriend to get our Sunday lattes and pup cups, my car started smoking and stalling in the drive-through lane. As we approached the window, we explained the situation and had to pull around to the parking lot since we couldn’t wait in fear my car would get stuck in the lane. In a state of distress, I rushed inside to grab and pay for our order before addressing the issue with the car. The staff was incredibly kind and reassuring, comping our entire order and sending us well wishes for our car. Unfortunately, my car had to be towed, leaving all three of us stranded in the freezing cold, waiting for a ride and the tow truck. D

Plenty of seating and staff is friendlier than other locations such as King of Prussia

Go to a different Starbucks. They purposely under-fill their drinks. You are already paying quite a bit for Starbucks- you should at least get a full cup. I have been ordering from this location for my office weekly for over a year. In the last two months, they started under-filling their cups by several inches. When I asked about it, they offered to add more ice or milk. The other location (near the chick fil a), and every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to, doesn’t do this.
