Starbucks Coffee Company

So today I went in the get my Birthday freebie. First off, I saw Isabella and another female (I didn't catch her name) interact with some young kids while I was waiting for my drink. They were so attentive and treated these kids so lovely. The kids were so happy, talking to them and saying bye a million times before exiting the store. It was adorable and refreshing. As I was waiting for my drink, I realized something in my app wasn't right. I spoke to Isabella and she helped me out with a. smile on her face. She was so kind and patient. Thank you so much for a great experience and service on my Birthday. :)

All the workers are really kind. This one worker in particular who has a beard and, at the time, wore a beanie, is always extremely attentive and has great attention-to-detail. We visit every Sunday at around 10am and we feel extremely welcome every single visit. All workers here deserve a praise.

Brooo. When I tell you I love every one during the afternoon. GRACE, ANDY, TAMIA, ANDREW, ROB, EJ and others. Please don't make rude comments they are trying to do they're best yal and they are amazing. BTW TAMIA is one of the Best BARISTAS!!!

this is the best starbucks i’ve visited in queens. the staff are friendly, efficient, and consistently make drinks exactly the way they should be. the store is clean, well organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere.

This has become the worst starbucks in Queens. Unfortunately, management has banned students from entering due to overcrowding and treats everyone as kids as they kicked me out because I was not ordering on the spot as I sat and waited for wife to park. I'm used to be a regular for many year and recognized the same Korean guy who made my flat whites tell me i couldn't take a seat since i didn't order and told me to leave. Left a real bad feeling and I will buy my coffee elsewhere. Management has become desperate to kick anyone who does not order coffee and no more lingering inside due to space. Order and leave is what they want. I used to be a regular flat white customer but management treats me like a student taking up space inside. Why pay $10 flat whites if I can't even take my time.
