Starbucks Coffee Company

This morning I went to this Starbucks the one I go to everyday cause it's a block away from my work. I forgot my wallet and asked for a cup of hot water after I explained what happened they made a big deal like I asked for a free latte with 8extra shots!! This from the same manager that never gets my order right I had stopped coming this early because of her but now I won't be back. This store's management is the worst. I work customer service as well I would straight loose my job if I ever did what she does, let alone do it everyday!! Very disappointed 😞. It only got one star cause I had to put something.

Tyler and everyone working here are AMAZING!!! The only issue is they are definitely understaffed. This looks like a very high volume store and having only the few baristas there you can tell even though they are smiling they are overwhelmed.

⭐ 1-Star Review I’m a regular at this Starbucks and typically spend $50–$100 a week here. But after today, I don’t see myself coming back. It’s 91 degrees outside hotter than the devil’s backside and I stopped in with my own clean thermos that already had ice, just needing a water refill. I was told it's against store policy to give water unless I purchase something. This isn’t the first time either. About a month ago, I asked for a packet of honey and was told the same thing "store policy" unless I buy something. That was odd, but I let it slide. But today? Denying someone water during a heatwave, even when I brought my own cup? That’s just inhumane. I walked next door to Smashburger, and they gladly filled it up no issue, no purchase required. This is the second time I've been disappointed! The drink was weak again - both in the color and test - nothing like what I normally got from other locations.

I ordered Tentra and this is how I got my cup it’s not even full whoever did my drink hope you had enough for the next client 🤦🏻‍♀️
