We went today, I wanted a peppermint coffee, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. When I ordered a peppermint cold brew, the employee (I wish I got his name!) guided me through how to make it the tastiest version of what I wanted. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, he waited for me to taste it to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was EXACTLY perfect. Kudos to him, this made my day and I hope more people are blessed with his excellent customer service.

The person working on 09/14/25 Made my matcha. Easiest job on earth all you need ti do is mix the powder with milk. And couldn’t do that with tons for chunky powder residue.

I absolutely love this Starbucks at Northborough Shops Way! I always have a great experience here—the drinks are consistently delicious, and the team is amazing. Everyone who works here is so polite, friendly, and kind. It’s always such a welcoming atmosphere, and they truly make the visit enjoyable every time. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location!

This is my neighborhood coffee shop! Super friendly, baristas, who recognize you, great coffee and delicious food. I come here to relax, to with friends & colleagues, sometimes I work on my iPad. It’s a great location with a great team!
