Northborough Free Library

First time here; why haven’t I stop by before?!? Definitely our kiddos favorite in the area now. What a wonderful library! Their children's staff are so friendly and nice. Always very clean and has plenty of space for people to be able to relax with a good book. Love that the have a bearded dragon name taco! Cute little houses with books as the shingles! So adorable

I saved this place as my favorite spot. I love the vibe and the atmosphere here. I spent so many days from morning to evening in the library and I had the most focused moments to write my thesis! There are many fascinating facilities, many books, videos, magazines, foreign books, children books, teenagers rooms, so on. You name it!

Pretty lovely spot. I needed a place to study and the quite area was perfect. Also a nice little bistro next door. Plenty of parking. I’ll definitely be back

It is very quiet and has almost every book I need! I also like how the air conditioning keeps the place cool. It has a constant sound that helps me focus a lot more!

Update on 02/24/2026 Winter Reading Program with 24 diatinct dragon cards and very cool Dragon Trainer certificate and a dragon egg; get yours, by reading books, while they last. Similar to Summer reading "beads", the winter reading "dragons" rock. --------- Amazing is also an understatement for what this place means to my kid :) My kid 7 yo, enjoys going here for the scavenger hunt, well planned events, playing with train set. Did I forget reading books. I cannot tell how much the summer reading program prompted him to start reading himself. The "beads” and ”sticker” currency rules. All the librarians have been amazing in the Kids section specially Ms Rachel.
