It felt like I was at home with them being so nice and look at this matcha guys they ate when going home

Yesterday around 5pm my kids were told they couldn’t order because they weren’t with an adult. Even though I was right around the corner in target shopping. Not sure what employee lost the company easy money, but I’m sure Starbucks can figure it out. Mind your business and make the sugar drinks next time.

Such amazing baristas! Due to the national shortage, I could tell by these reviews that people don’t understand how this situation is out of the baristas’ control. They were out of caramel and I was suggested by an amazing barista of another option. Also, the table seating is back which is so exciting! Looked so nice and clean! I will definitely come back to this location again and again! :)

These ladies are not paying attention to customers! Good thing i was able to see that she gave me regular milk instead of soy milk. I SAID IT LOUD AND CLEAR. SOY MILK. SOY MILK. I CANNOT HAVE REGULAR MILK. They made the mistake TWICE! Another girl prepared with regular milk again! she even had the audacity to say it is soy when i saw her clearly pouring regular milk. I would sue your store big time if I had that regular milk. Didnt even apologize for making my order wrong 2 x and made me wait. Disgusting customer service! Nasty attitude towards customers. They should be fired!

I like this Starbucks, all time when I have shopping in Harlem Irving Plaza or Target I buy coffee here. Or if I tired after shopping I can relax with my favorite latte or frappuccino. Guys who work here very nice. Not so clean in side but I can understand.
