Starbucks Coffee Company

This is my "go-to" coffee shop. No matter what way you order, drive through, mobile pickup or in-person order, the experience at this location is always positive. The staff is incredibly nice, especially Deaineigh (hope spell her name correctly) is super star. The coffee taste? Never failed me.

We’ve been to many Starbucks locations in Gainesville, and this store is by far the best among all in terms of atmosphere. The store is spacious with a lot of natural light. A great place for meeting people and working. Staff is also friendly. Drinks are what you would expect from Starbucks, so they meet the standard of acceptable coffee. Of course, there are many other independent cafes that provide more quality coffee than this location. But this store represents Starbucks’ identity and vibes very well.

Clean place, welcoming staff, and cute cozy environment. It’s right on Newberry which makes it convenient for anyone who drives from East to West to grab a morning coffee. Enjoy!

We stopped by today for breakfast and ordered through the drive-thru. BECCA had a really bad attitude. First, she sounded like she had just woken up and wasn’t interested in helping. Then, when we pulled up to pay, she gave us a really bad look. If you don’t want to work or interact with customers, maybe it’s time to find another job instead of ruining people’s mornings.

As someone who loves coffee but still couldn’t tell you the difference between a macchiato, latte, or cold brew, my heart truly belongs to this Starbucks location. I’m always greeted with the warmest smiles and so much patience as I stumble through explaining what I want without knowing the proper names for anything. The team here is endlessly kind and understanding, and they somehow turn my jumbled descriptions into the most scrumptious drinks every single time. They take the time to listen, offer helpful suggestions, and never make me feel rushed, even when the line is long (apologies to every other customer). My drinks are always made quickly, beautifully, and taste amazing every single time. The people here are what truly set this Starbucks apart. I leave every visit not only with the
