Gator's Dockside Jonesville

On the evening of the National Championship game, my family and I visited the establishment as a party of six. Although the restaurant was busy, there were multiple unoccupied tables inside the dining area and the outdoor seating area was entirely empty. Despite this, the host, who identified herself as Rosie and stated she was the manager responsible for seating, advised approximately 15 waiting patrons that there was a minimum one-hour wait for outdoor seating and that no indoor seating was available. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, we were informed that outdoor seating was available. Due to the extremely cold temperature and the presence of minor children in our party, this option was not feasible. At that time, I observed and pointed out several visibly vacant indoor tables. We

We visited during the National Championship and waited nearly an hour for a table for our party of eight, including two children. We were then served chicken wings that were visibly undercooked. When we raised the issue with management, we were told this was how the wings were prepared. Our server disagreed, stating the wings appeared bloody and that she would not eat them herself. Although the order was eventually remade, the situation was extremely concerning, particularly given that children were present. The following day, multiple members of our party experienced symptoms consistent with foodborne illness and sought medical attention as a precaution. Yesterday we decided to come in for a late lunch. When we walked in, our absolute favorite server, Sharon greeted us at the door. She let us know that she had just been cut for the day. She knew we were there to see her (seeing as we have been missing her on our past trips). She then let us know that she was going to stay and serve us. This made mine and my husband's day. She is always so kind and she makes sure that we are taken care of. The food was great as always. The customer service was top tier. We love Gators Dockside. We love Sharon. Thank you

Hit Gators Docksside for lunch 2/22. First timer with the location. Beat the lunch crowd(suckers) Food was quick and delicious. Liz was our incredible Server. Made us feel welcome and cared for even during the rush. Could not have wished for better service. 10/10 Will recommend and come again.

My family came in last night and we were a party of 15. We were told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. 63 minutes later we were being seated! We had two servers to take care of our party, but we didn’t need two. Izzy was on top of it! No ones drink went empty, and she split the bill three ways with no mistakes. The food was pretty good. My brother said his garlic parmesan wings were a little spicy to him, so he is going to ask for the sauce on the side next time. The fried pickles were crispy and had a good crunch to them, and the buffalo cauliflower is actually really good! Rosie and Quade both came and checked on our table to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall we had a really great experience last tonight!
