I’m a regular at this location and usually have good experiences, which is why yesterday stood out. I had a mobile order and the store was empty when I arrived. When I asked for assistance, one barista dismissed me and another did not respond. After I was finally told the order was “in progress,” there was no estimate or further communication. I understand mobile orders follow a queue. What was frustrating was the lack of basic acknowledgment and courtesy. I ultimately had to leave without the drink due to a time obligation and return later, which cost additional time and gas. A simple update or respectful interaction would have completely changed the experience.

Have always been pleased with this Starbucks in terms of friendliness and quality of the drinks. I no longer drink coffee due to it causing health problems for me. However, I love a Pink Drink and London Fog. I often add a lot of customizations and at times can question if I really got the number of scoops of strawberries I asked and paid for. Granted ive never gone back in to inquire. If I did id have no doubt they'd make it right.

The Am staff is awesome. Andrew, Yargos, Lillian, Dani, Cisco, Sara. They treat me like a king, always friendly & Accommodating. Fun & Engaging. Love them all. Honorable mention to dawn for creating such an amazing team.

Always the friendliest baristas, making the best drinks with a smile. A real pleasure to go there - they greet you like an old friend. Highly recommend!
