Starbucks Coffee Company

We walked in here on a cold day wanting coffee on our trip to Nebraska. The workers were very friendly and we ordered with a lot of ease. The drinks were made really quickly, granted we were the only ones in store. The set up was interesting with a lot of benches and chairs, giving it a cozy feeling.

I visit this Starbucks regularly and order the same drink every time with oat milk. On my most recent visit, my drink was made with regular milk instead. When I politely asked for a remake at the drive-thru, the manager responded by saying that I’ve “done this before” and implied that I would continue doing it every day if my order was wrong. That comment was unnecessary, accusatory, and unprofessional. Asking for a drink to be remade correctly especially when it involves milk choice should not result in being shamed or stereotyped by management. I expect better customer service, particularly from a manager. This experience made me uncomfortable and hesitant to return to a location I previously visited frequently.

Placed a mobile order at this Starbucks. Ordered Oatmeal with steamed milk. When we got to the window Abby asked us how to steam the milk. I was under the impression that the staff would be able to make the items presented on the menu. She then informed us with an attitude that “their water was already hot”. Her attitude continued to be rude as she handed us the wrong drink and sent us on our way. Much to my disappointment my hot caramel coffee ended up being an ice cold “hot” chocolate. Usually have a good experience here, but not today.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE this Starbucks. The service is always top tier and the food and drinks are, to me, made better than any of the other Starbucks in the area even though I know they use the same recipes lol. But come on now, you gotta admit this is an excessive amount of ice for a drink. 4 sips and my drink was practically gone 😩

This Starbucks was very busy when I stop by about 10 a.m. this morning.there were 12 to 15 cars in line, and the outside parking was not adequate. I had to park at a neighboring store's parking lot, to go in, and you know they don't like that.but, the product was good, even though I had to wait just a little bit, and the service was adequate. As I said, parking was a challenge and the line was quite long for drive through.
