Starbucks Coffee Company

The staff was friendly and efficient. My sandwich was served warm and tasted delicious. The black iced tea was perfectly brewed. The drive through was a quick and convenient option on a rainy day.

Visited with my daughters for drinks and food. There guy working this shift 2.9.26 between 4-5pm toon our order. He was rude from the beginning, he had a mean attitude and threw things around. He acted like we were a burden. He even yelled at me when I asked for a water. Won’t ever come back.

Awesome experience. They were slammed I mean really really busy today. I ordered a drink which the desk employee misheard I believe. I didn’t get my drink for awhile so I asked about it. Totally reasonable mix up as the two drinks sound really similar. Christian fixed it right away and apologized repeatedly and they made up for it. He was super nice and everyone here is always really polite. Great atmosphere here too, I spend my study days here.

Comfortable interior in comparison to other locations, but the drinks kinda suck. I ordered a mocha and it was just plain hotel-quality coffee

They never get the strawberry acai right. Its either strong in taste or weak just water. I ask for it to be fixed..but got alot of flack that we measure our product and i get it. So they give me a big glass of strawberry acai and thats it. No re make of it. Ask the girl if she thought This situation was funny because after I explained my drink.She started laughing and making fun of me. I called her on it and she said I don't like the way you're talking to me... I was just trying to stand up for myself. Felt like I was dealing with a bully.. I said just give me a little extra base and leave. Don't get me wrong.I've had lots of good drinks there and better behavior from your other employees. It takes one bad apple to ruin the whole bunch. The low score is directly due to her.
