Sonny's Coffee and Plants

The vibes on the outside and inside are like a cosy breath of fresh air! The service was amazing, the ladies were kind and patient with us (it was our first time visiting but definitely won’t be the last). The baked good are the best at any coffee shop in town both in Monmouth and Independence as you can tell from the photos we went through them before we could get pictures. And the main thing coffee, was so so good. Don’t understand why it took us this long to visit! GO TRY IT!

My new favorite place for Chai Tea in town. I don't know what it is, but Sonny's Chai tea is the sweetest and most indulgent one ive had in town. Nothing better on a cold day then to walk in with a vibrant seating area, filled with plants, comfy seats, and delicious treats. Definitely check this place out and enjoy it this holiday season.

What a nice little coffee shop to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the day 😃 I ordered an iced mocha and a scone. My service was very friendly. I received exactly what I ordered and even purchased some homemade pumpkin peanut butter biscuits for my little pup. She loved them! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area 👍👍👍

They didn't give me a love local card yesterday when I picked up my order and coffee. I called them and asked if they have some left. They said they "forgot" to give it to me. I don't believe them and I'm not going back there ever again. I'll keep going to Luna's Cafe and Ovenbird Bakery.

I had the absolute joy of stopping in to see what this adorable shop held. I was so happy I made that decision! I left with two drinks and two plants. The iceed caramel latte was the best I've had in a long time. She has a great selection of plants at reasonable prices. It was such a treat. I can't wait to go through monmouth again and stop by.
