The gentleman working the drive through at 1pm on Saturday was very kind. Despite the long line, he remained very respectful and our drinks came as soon as we pulled up to the window. I would come again.

This Starbucks is the best! The staff is amazing, and they truly go above and beyond. The kids created cards for the disability community and were rewarded with cake pops—a wonderful gesture! The manager is also very kind and welcoming.

Holly crap, this is the slowest Starbucks ever! If I had known it was going to be 30 minutes in the drive through from order to window I would have gone elsewhere. Never again will I come back...

This Starbucks used to be our go to after workout class but lately they have become so slow that it’s impossible to wait. Either under staffed or employees need better training to increase the cycle time.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks, figured I would try this one on my way to a new job. Never again, I will stick to Franklin and other nearby town locations.
