It is an excellent little spot for delicious teas and shakes that are more health conscious. Multiple choices with funky flavors. Some with caffeine, some without. Great way to get your caffeine or for a meal replacement. The owner, Michelle, is a great person!
The best nutrition place!! So many delicious options & you can customize anything! Michelle is the sweetest and does a wonderful job running the place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Great staff, awesome environment, and a very adorable shop!! A MUST visit if you live anywhere near Medway or in one of the surrounding towns! I will definitely be coming back very soon
I love all of the different and creative teas and shakes they have. The staff is always so helpful in finding me something that’s lower in sugar. I love how they make something so healthy that actually tastes like dessert !
