Starbucks Coffee Company

Very efficient Starbucks, took my order got my stuff really quick. I went thru the drive-through it’s right next to the Macomb Mall and the interstate. Great stop for a travel trip.

I have went to this Starbucks many times the past few months. They are generally very nice but they are not on point with orders. Every time I go through the drive thru I’m asked to pull back though no matter if there is a car behind me or not. Then to top it off I went through 2 days ago.. had to repeat my order 3 times and repeat it again at the window. (Not a big deal) I ordered a Large iced white chocolate mocha latte add caramel syrup. They proceeded to hand me a small hot coffee. I was then told to pull to the front of the building where they brought my order out for a second time. When the guy brought it out he said he forgot the Carmel syrup; he proceeded to go back in to fix it. He then came out to hand me a 3rd coffee and it literally tasted like caramel milk. I come to this location every morning for my coffee and breakfast and the service is always exceptional!! My order is always on time, and everyone who greats me is so kind and helpful. There’s a reason I come back everyday! Management is doing a wonderful job here.

I went on a date 7:30am that morning on this past Friday. They were so busy and it was hectic for these poor 3 ladies. However, they were so kind and made us the best coffees we could have had! I ordered their Caramel Sugar Cookie Latte and it was the best! Thank you ladies for your hard work and giving us a fantastic morning with your amazing service. You are the best! I had the best experience at this location! The staff was amazing and energetic, it was clean and inviting, the service was the best Ive had at a Starbucks. Don’t even get me started on how perfect my drink was!!! I highly the recommend Starbucks McComb!
