Drive through was relatively fast around 10:00am despite it being a really long line. Barista who took my order and handed me my drink were both very pleasant and friendly!

Everyone here is awesome. James & Bijan especially. Today I couldn't quite figure out how to get my drink right since some flavors changed and James was very patient and helped get it just right. Thanks again, James!

Disappointing Experience — Needs Better Management This Starbucks at Woodlawn Square really needs attention from corporate. The place feels disorganized and poorly managed. The restroom is often messy — toilet seat covers falling out, rolls not latched, and floors dirty — and instead of taking responsibility for maintenance, the management seems more focused on blaming customers. It’s uncomfortable to see that kind of attitude from staff at a brand known for warmth and respect. A coffee shop should feel welcoming, but this location gives off a tense and defensive vibe. Definitely not the standard you expect from Starbucks.

This was one of the most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The manager, Germaine,  ran out of the store to my car just to confront me — asking my name and accusing me of leaving paper all over the restroom. I was shocked.  Paper?? All over? He then proceeded to “educate” me on how to pull one toilet seat cover at a time. Let me be clear: the toilet seat covers were already bunched up and falling out, the toilet paper roll wasn’t latched, and the floor was filthy. The restroom was not stocked up and needed cleaning. Instead of maintaining a clean space, the manager chose to shame a customer who simply used the bathroom. This was not only grossly unprofessional but also deeply humiliating. Something’s Off With the Management Here I usually enjoy Starbucks for its friendly vibe and professionalism, but this Woodlawn Square location feels very different. The atmosphere is tense, and the manager seems quick to criticize rather than help. I saw an interaction that made several customers uncomfortable — instead of handling things calmly, the manager reacted in a way that felt unnecessary and embarrassing for everyone involved. It’s disappointing to see that kind of energy coming from leadership. Cleanliness and hospitality go hand in hand, but here it feels like neither is being prioritized. Definitely hoping corporate steps in to reestablish the respectful environment Starbucks is known for.
