The table top fajita Ninja machine is hands down the most time saving piece of machinery I have purchased for my restaurant yet. My wife saves 15 to 20 hours a week by not having to hand slice all of our Meats for our burritos, fajitas, Al pastor, grilled chicken, and asada menu items. I can't recommend this machine enough, you absolutely must have one.
