Valley's Bakery

Found this bakery that is 100% Gluten Free, so I decided to get a few things for my wife because she has celiacs. Got her a cheese danish, chocolate roll danish (Pain Au Chocolat), cinnamon roll croissant and fresh baked sourdough bread. She let me try them and I gotta tell you.. I couldn’t tell that it was Gluten Free at all! Delicious and she was over the moon with what I brought her. The people are extremely nice and the bakery was very clean. Will definitely be going back very soon!

Valleys Bakery made my babies birthday cake for her first birthday. The cake was beautiful but most importantly the taste and texture were amazing!!!! No one at the party believed that the cake was gluten free. They are highly recommended as your go to for any custom cake, be it birthday, wedding or any occasion.

Strap in, cause this is going to be a long one. Saw this place on TikTok while on a road trip to North Carolina. Decided to stop on the way. Let me tell you. Best decision I have ever made. I was diagnosed with celiac disease since the 4th grade. I grew up all my childhood and adult life not being able to partake is some/most of the things peers, friends, co workers, girlfriends, etc have been able to. Which as anyone who has celiac knows, you grow accustomed to. Having said that. Let me tell you this, this place was absolutely WAY better than I imagined. Best gluten free pastries in Atlanta and I have been to them all. Everything is light and fluffy like a non-gluten free pastry. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. We pigged out. I’ve included a photo from what we didn’t eat 🥰.

Expensive, but hands down BEST gluten-free bakery I've come across! Their pastries and cookies not only taste like the real thing, but they're better (something I've never encountered from gluten-free vs gluten products). The staff are SO sweet, and are always kind to my kiddos. If we had the money, we would eat here every day. Absolutely fabulous!
