Starbucks Coffee Company

To start off, there was a whole BIRD in the establishment. So unsanitary. It was flying all over and could have pooped on my head or food/drink. None of the workers seemed to acknowledge the bird. Despite this, the bird wasn't even the biggest issue. I ordered my usual drink. My drink is usually $5.50. I have bought this exact order from the exact Starbucks before and it came out to this price. This time, they up charged me for more syrups then in the drink as well as other things (i don't even know what) and my drink came out to around $8.40. I didn't say anything because I thought to myself that I always go to this Starbucks and they wouldn't rip me off so there is probably a good explanation for it. Wrong. To start this awful experience, there was a literal BIRD in the Starbucks area where people are eating and it was just ignored. Then, I ordered a Venti caramel Brulé latte which came out to nine dollars. I have no problem with paying that price, however, there was absolutely no flavor in my coffee. When I tell you, it was literally water, coffee, and a tiny bit of milk. I am dead serious. I had to put my own creamer and flavor into my coffee. I am so disappointed! I have been coming to this Starbucks for five years. And I am just so upset. I will never come here again. And you shouldn’t either!

The most consistent Starbucks in the area. This is the only location I will go to if I want the perfect drink, every time. Not the typical Starbucks atmosphere since it's in the supermarket, but it has it's own little corner with a fireplace and large tables so we sometimes have morning office meetings here. If all Starbucks made their drinks like this location, I would be buying $7 coffees everywhere I go.

The old man behind the counter has zero personality! You can wait forever for him to serve you.

I just don’t understand that a busy Starbucks like this is always “short staffed” during rush hours. Instead of overworking one person on bar doing both iced and hot drinks while people are waiting, how about you have two? Or the store manager sitting down on his laptop can help out? I know it’s just coffee and it’s not that serious but when did Starbucks become a place you have to wait around for a simple cup of coffee?
