The Ice Factory

Coffee flavor was very weirdly stale and chemical like tasting. I don't know which cough syrup, but yes, like that. Pistachio ice creams usually have that chemical smell too. I guess they use artificial flavors and make it taste like chemicals. I mentioned this and requested them to trash it. No apologies or replacement offered. Still bought another flavor which was good. Wish they offer tasting. But customer care service is usually not a forte of local shops unfortunately

Phenomenal Italian ice! We got the sea salt caramel and the cotton candy. I am so sorry I waited so long to come here ! Hattie was also the friendliest and most helpful staff member ever. Thank you for making our Sunday special today! We will see you soon. PS - thanks for the pumpkins!

Great gelati and delicious ice cream did not try the Italian soda

Good sized gelati with 2 flavors of ice for under $6! Lots of flavors of water and cream ice, and will have to come back and try them. The sour peach (with candy pieces) ice was also really good!

I love the ice factory Their ice is delicious. I love the vanilla ice. The ice factory has the most helpful and friendly staff.
