Starbucks Coffee Company

came down to visit some family and this was our first stop off the interstate and this has undoubtably been the best one so far on our travels. The baristas are so kind and welcoming, and actively greeted us as we walked in might i add. Even though they were busy we were definitely taken care of and everything tasted great!

Stood for over 5 minutes while 3 employees looked at me and said Nothing. They called another employee over and since I had a custom order I thought I would be nice a let the gentleman behind order his to go coffee. He ordered his coffee and the employee walked away and said to wait a minute. Really!!! Been waiting too long to start with, be nice and have the employee walk away and make me wait some more?! Never returning to this Starbucks!!!

Terrible Starbucks. They don’t seem to understand the super simple concept of making the orders in the order they are placed. If you go inside and order expect to be ignored as they focus on the drive through orders that are placed 15 minutes AFTER your order. Don’t understand how first come first served doesn’t make sense to a Starbucks like every restaurant has that figured out. Wait times are horrible and they are completely disorganized. Worst Starbucks we’ve ever gone to - avoid!

Expect to spend at least 10 minutes in the drive through if there’s two cars ahead of you and don’t get food here. This is the breakfast burrito I got before I even touched it and after I slid it out of the bag. It was like a giant saltine cracker that crumbled and fell apart, with barely any filling. I mean it looked like someone got mad and just squeezed the tortilla as hard as they could before over cooking it. $7 wasted, I wish I had checked my food before I drove off and was already on the highway. Gas station burritos blow this place out of the park.

This is the best store I’ve been too in a while, their service is speedy and reliable. They’re very upbeat and I can’t wait visit again sometime.
