Phat Buttz BBQ #3

Stopped in on our way home to Michigan. My wife and I got the pulled pork loaded potatoes and it was some of the best food we had all weekend. Service was super fast (we got our food within five minutes after we ordered) and everybody was very nice. 10/10.

I was passing thru London and stopped in for a carry out and ordered the 4 meat sampler platter. The staff (2 young ladies) were very friendly and congenial. The platter consisted of choice of 4 meats plus 2 sides and two thick slices of bread for $16.99. I chose brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken and smoked sausage as the meats and bbq beans and coleslaw as the sides. Meat portions were large and delicious. Sides were excellent also, unlike ho-hum sides at a lot of bbq places. I could not eat it all at one sitting so had leftovers the next day. Great value for the price! I would definitely recommend this place.

What they're serving in London, Corbin & Barbourville isn't your backyard grilling. Barbeque, so good I used minimal sauce. Speaking of the sauce the Moonshine BBQ Sauce was great. There was a runny sause it was a Cherry Ale-8-One BBQ sauce, it was pretty good and would probably go great on a pulled pork/chicken sammy The RIBS were fall off the bone, but not to tender where the bone just pulls off. Great meat selection, but you gotta Love that Smokey BBQ flavor. I had never had greens with BBQ but man they was good. Best side dish, probably the potato salad. For the wee-littles, the mac&cheese is not you're Kraft kind but REALLY good. It's got that smokey goodness with little bits of that smoked meat Greatness. Portions of pork were small. Half of the pork was dry. The pork didn't have a strong smoky flavor. The hot food was not as hot as onexl would expect. The banana cheesecake was pretty good.

I am from out of town helping out at the Walmart dc in London ky pulling some loads for them. I had a break for some down time and was wanting some bbq food. I found this place on google. Not only did the name get me but the food was great. I got the loaded potato with pulled pork. Was really good. I see a lot of mixed reviews, but me personally I thought it was really good. Not only that but can’t beat the prices. Really affordable prices. Next time I’m out this way I will definitely come on back.
