Starbucks Coffee Company

This is my local Starbucks, so I order frequently out of convenience. But my goodness, the inconsistency of my same order is WILD. Some days it’ll be too sweet, other days extremely bitter. I don’t seem to have this problem at Cedar Park Starbucks or other locations as much. My drink has cold brew, so maybe it’s older at certain times before being refreshed? I don’t know what causes the variables, but it’s kind of a bummer. The bacon egg wrap sometimes is amazing and sometimes is old and stale, I know they don’t make that in house so I’m not as bothered. Staff is nice though, dive through is always quick (if you avoid the going-to-school/work rush), and inside is clean.

Ordered bacon, egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich this morning and a coffee. Stopped in the CVS parking lot to eat. Had zero bacon on it. Since these are pre made frozen microwaveable sandwiches I’m not sure how you don’t notice this. Might want to check your other sandwiches.

Very rude and poor customer service. Obviously not a local Lago type establishment! I say support the local coffee shops. Lago doesn't need Starbucks stuck up attitude in our community!

Entered our local Starbucks in Lago Vista today and wanted to grab the red holiday coffee cup but was informed by the very kind cashier that I missed the promotion by one day but recommended a similar item they had for sale. It’s a nice plastic coffee decanter that is reusable to keep the regular cups out of the landfill. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she surprised me with the most delicious choice I have ever experienced at Starbucks. Praline and white mocha! Man, was it really great. The young lady that made the coffee was very nice, too. Overall, the store was nice, clean, well-stocked and pleasant in appearance. Will certainly be back and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the great work, ladies!
