Honestly, this is hands down the best Starbucks location I’ve been to. Like many people who frequent Starbucks, I’ve been to countless in many states and the Sparta NJ branch is head and shoulders above the rest. Hats off to management for hiring such an incredible and well-trained staff. Each and everyone brings a level of customer service to the experience that most people think is lost in today’s society and certainly in the food & Bev industry. I love this crew! Thanks SB Sparta!

Today's visit was just bad from the start 🫤 - ordered a pumpkin cream muffin. On the menu, it says "it's back". Lady informed me its out of season. Why isnt the menu updated? - ordered a drink, along with a sandwich and a pup cup. After waiting in a long line, I finally got to the window. -was handed the wrong sandwich to which i immediately handed it back. - was handed my pup cup and to my surprise, the pup cup had CHOCOLATE SYRUP inside. Probably from contamination in the nozzle from other drinks. Guys....PLEASE....CHECK YOUR ORDERS. Everyone is just on autopilot these days and can never pay attention to a thing. When in the food service industry, its CRUCIAL to PAY ATTENTION. Someone can get really sick.....like the dog for instance when their pup cup has chocolate syrup in it..

Come on Starbucks stop taking advantage of your customers. I refuse to pay 6 bucks for an iced mocha and get 80 percent ice in my drink. Even if I ask for light ice it's still bad. Plus you are now using small ice cubes to make it even worse.

Update 7/26: ordered double expresso and got only one shot. Receipt#792955. Both the coffee and customer service are not consistent. Sometimes it is good other time not great. It's a hit or miss. Located near ShopRite. Hope it gets better. Drive through available👍 but crowed during peak hours. Limited parking available. Well maintained👌

Maybe its the country air. Maybe its that i had two gift cards to blow here on this little visit. But overall this is a great starbucks to work and be productive. Its quiet and the bathrooms are clean and the baristas are very nice and efficient here. The drive thru is also super fast.
