I love Jo's meals because they are convenient and tasty and the he macros are great. It also helps take all the thought process out of weekly meal planning and grocery shopping which has been a big game changer for me personally. I also really like that her menu changes weekly because I have a hard time eating the same meal over and over again so the variety week to week is great. The regular sized portions fill me up and keep me satisfied and my husband enjoys the bulk portions which have double the protein. Since starting with Jo, I feel like I have been sleeping better, have more energy, and find my weight training and workouts have been more productive.
