Ness is always so kind! She & the gentleman who typically works mornings always have the order correct & are quick too.

Absolutely disgusting and rude service. Coffee tasted like rotten milk and the cashier asked my order and walked away and then yelled from the back “keep talking” then came back to the front saying “how may i help you” then i got my cappuccino and it was a frozen coffee and i asked for it to be fixed and she argued with me saying that’s a cappuccino and started yelling at me to order a latte next time. Every thing i ordered was wrong and I got yelled at for them making it wrong.

Best Dunkin Donuts I have had in years. The donuts were actually fresh, unlike Dunkin in North Arlington. Counter woman was extremely nice, the whole place was spotless.

So sat this dunking donuts use to be good service but now the service is horrible. Or may be because I’m Mexican and they have a problem with a the Hispanic people. I will not come anymore to this place

I must say, the inside of this DD is very clean and nicely decorated. However, the cashier with dark hair and fake blue eyes was extremely rude and had such an attitude. I walked in and her and the other employee were both sitting down in the chairs in the sitting area. Both were very annoyed when we entered the establishment. When I first asked for my order, I was starred at with a death stare. Extremely uncomfortable feeling!!! Great customer service goes a long way. Will never return to this location.
