Starbucks Coffee Company

I asked for a fresh-brewed black coffee. I was told it needed to brew and would take 6–7 minutes. When I received the receipt, I noticed it listed creamer, so I immediately asked why and clearly stated that I wanted no creamer — just black coffee. After waiting 12 minutes, I asked to be notified when it was ready. He then remembered the order and made it immediately. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize creamer had still been added until I got home. This coffee was not for drinking — it was for making tiramisu and dipping the ladyfingers, so creamer completely ruined it. This was awful service and not up to Starbucks standards. I will not be returning.

Hire better people- orders are always wrong and the bad attitudes at this store run deep— next time they are rude to my granddaughter- I will get corporate involved… why be rude- the orders are always wrong!! My granddaughter describes her as a large white female with brown hair-I will add her name soon because she keeps being nasty

Very extremely slow and very rude barely recognized me as a customer. As well as them getting my order wrong. Person serving us was chewing with mouth open not wearing a name tag either.

Every time I order something they serve me poorly made drinks I think they don't even know the measures they should use to serve. Today I ordered an Iced chai latte and they literally served me milk, it looks like milk and tastes only like milk there is no chai in this drink, honestly stay away from this place it's terrible

I ordered raccoon cake pop, the worker handed me over regular chocolate cake pop, I told her this is not the one I ordered and her looks and attitudes were unpleasant.
