Starbucks Coffee Company

One of the coolest Starbucks experiences I've had in a while. Because this is housed in Furnitureland South, the interior is decorated to the nines. It has an awesome bar, multiple tables, booths, and more seating options that are as varied as the furniture selection outside. The seats even have 🔌 electrical outlets to plug in and work while you sip. They also have both trash and recycling options and a ♿ handicap accessible 🚻 restroom, parking, and seating inside. I highly recommend any of their ☕ lattes, flat whites, seasonal beverages, and snacks.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to a wonderful worker Angela who keeps making my day every time I walk in! Sometimes all we need a smile and empathy!

Very very poor service. The server was upset because we ordered bagel and egg white and red pepper and he had to toast it. He left in the middle and was talking to himself loud. The other server had to finish our order.

The customer service is great. Reliability does not exist. It is the ONLY Starbucks on my commute to work. They are ALWAYS out of ingredients but NEVER NEVER NEVER post it on the mobile site it is not available. They wait until you arrive and don’t see your item to ask who you are and then offer to fix something else. Nice gesture but not when it is an ALLL THE TIME occurrence. I stop going for months and either go to a reliable one the evening before or wake up 30 minutes early to go out of the way to another reliable one off the highway. I try again, thinking it was just during that season/time, but nope, does not matter what time of year or how many months apart still same issue different month. I have spoke to the district manager twice who is also very nice. However, I’m not ordering

Holding up the line where you have to tell your name. And now they don't want to give you the sleeves to put on a cup that if you burn yourself or drop the car fuel, and they're going lawsuit. Starbucks i'm getting very sorry
