Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered 2 iced chai lattes with oat milk this morning. Neither of them has any chai in them. No one answers the phone, I've been calling for a half hour. I just want a refund, these drinks aren't cheap and I'm not drinking just straight oat milk

I’ve visited the drive-up twice this week and was really disappointed by the lack of customer service. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and almost felt like I was inconveniencing the employee at the window (( twice.)) just by asking for a straw. It’s a big change from how it used to be. Hope yall get it together because I will be going somewhere else!

Disappointing experience. It was extremely slow, and our simple order of two black coffees was forgotten about. Not what you expect for such an easy order.

Clean and friendly location also really quick service

Common sense clearly isn’t common as they’re writing on cups with blue marker that rubbed off onto my hands like I had been finger painting. Clearly not a permanent marker. So dumb
