You guys need new staff. 15 minutes for 3 drinks and a glass of water is ridiculous. They move slowly, clearly have attitudes. Kelly and Oder don’t need to be serving anyone or making drinks. She has terrible customer service skills and seems to favor one race only. Y’all need new staff who know how to treat customers nicely and make the right drinks for once.

I was having a really hard morning. My husband was having a small back surgery and emotions were high. I stopped into the Starbucks to get him a coffee and a nice travel mug to keep that warm, the ladies behind the counter were so kind and helpful and really were a bright spot in my stressful day. At the end of that transaction they mentioned I qualified for a give away and asked me to enter, I did just because they were so lovely. I WON and the woman who called was so kind and helpful arranging pick up. But what has completely floored me this morning is the care and effort that went into this prize. Everyone is always helping and patient when I can't decide what I want or if I want to know about new items have arrived. Exceptional customer service creates a welcoming environment. Knowledgeable staff provide valuable assistance with inquiries and product information. Their patience and willingness to help customers make informed decisions are truly appreciated. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I was really disappointed today at this Starbucks. I visit this location often because my drink is usually made well. However, today the staff seemed disorganized. They kept asking customers what they wanted in their drinks even after the orders were placed, both in person and through mobile orders. One of the baristas asked me what I was waiting for, and I told her it was an iced venti mobile order. She then asked if it had vanilla, and I explained it was the one with toffee nut. When I finally received my drink, it had extra shots of espresso, which I didn't want since I had ordered a venti. They remade it, but added extra cold foam when I had asked for light cold foam, and they forgot the toffee nut syrup. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and d

This location forgot my in store order. I asked for a refund which was provided. No apology given…just ‘have a nice day’ (without my coffee).
