Charleys Cheesesteaks

I am not a fan of the sandwiches, unless its the pepperoni with Italian seasoning. I normally get Cajun wings with extra Cajun, it's pretty okay. When they get busy with alot of wings at night, it will normally take a while to get the food out due to the one tiny fryer they have compared to the amount of wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks they have to cook. People will normally get impatient but they try. Payday get very busy.

Would give zero stars if it was an option! Went here for lunch I believe it was the 20th. Spent 33 dollars and some change for 2 people on food that I didnt get to tell them how I wanted it made. They took it upon themselves to add things to the Philly cheese steak as they cooked it. Sadly I didnt get to eat my sandwich because it had green bell peppers in it that I cannot eat, then I asked for raw onions on mine( yes they have given me raw onions before) and they told me NO, they dont have raw onions ( laughing) because how do you sauté your onions if they ain't raw first? Then they put pickle skins on my sandwich instead of actual pickles( oh wait I did get a pickle, it was maybe 1/4 ×1/4 inch piece)I didnt want pickle skins! Oh and lets not forget the strawberry lemonade, it wasnt mixe

Great location with a quick and friendly staff. Awesome customer service. Sandwich was made in a heartbeat! Fries nicely done! Crispy and seasoned to perfection!

When you are cleaning the grill, make sure you scrape off the debris. Don't cook food on top of a pile of scraped debris. Definitely not seasoning...

The less-than-ideal setting, a mini-mall with numerous trainee soldiers present, presented challenges to maintaining an optimal atmosphere. Despite these difficulties, the team's commendable efforts are highly appreciated. While improved vocal projection during order calls might have been beneficial given the customer volume, the food quality and service were both excellent.
