Starbucks Coffee Company

I just recently stopped by the Hy-Vee Starbucks, since my coworkers kept telling me it was the best one in town. Well, I thought I’d treat myself and give it a try. A sweet young girl with the most beautiful brown hair helped me with my drink. She was kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. But then, right in the middle of her helping me, the loud intercom started blaring, calling for her to go “check and courtesy.” I was so confused — she was the only one working behind the counter at the time! Before she could even explain, another woman, who I assume was the manager, came over and spoke to this poor girl in such a sharp, rude tone, questioning why she couldn’t leave me standing there to go help elsewhere. The baristas are awesome here! I order off the "hidden" menu all the time and not once have they messed it up or complained about making them! Definitely recommend this location.

I love Target Starbucks. The staff is friendly and they know my drink without me telling them what I want.

Kiosk location. Pricy prepackaged food they pop in a microwave.

Friendly atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Wed.& Sat. .50 cent wings & wontons.
