The entire team seems to greet customers like old friends! It’s like being on a sitcom! Warm and friendly, you can tell these workers all love their jobs! My order was made to perfection, and they even brought it to my table! Service! :)

I want to apologize to the very nice barista who served my New Year's Day at noon. She told me my card declined and offered food for free. I was in shock as I have money, I asked her to try again, which held up line. Decline. I paid and tipped with my business card instead. I called my bank and was informed my debit card expired 12/25 so I need to activate new one. I am so sorry!

Caden Took my order. He was super nice and made a bomb matcha. Give this guy a raise asap we need more people like this.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, kind, and work hard to take care of the customers. It is wonderful to see young people understand the importance of customer service!
