Starbucks Coffee Company

So, I've been to this location a million times when I have appointments at Ft. Belvoir, but today was crazy. I was there at 0830. The guy at check out was announcing periodically that they were out of Caramel, Vanilla, and Brown Sugar syrup. Then the woman in front of me finally got to the front of the line and tried to order ANY tea, and they were completely out of "pretty much all teas". Then it was my turn - and they were out of skim milk. I hope this was a temporary supply disruption, but it seems wild that so many different types of supplies were out. I ended up with a drip coffee, but I ordered a grande/medium and got it in a venti/large cup because, you guessed it, they were out of grande cups. Everyone has an attitude at this location. 1. Was told they don't take points 2. Got my order wrong twice- didn't apologize :( 3. Almost out of everything which is okay but the comments are unacceptable. 4. Smart comments out loud ("Imma go crazy witht the amount of ppl that are asking for hot tea)< they were out of hot tea 5. They don't call out names for the orders The little short American boy had the biggest attitude. I ordered potato & chive bites and when I received it I took a bite and realized it was the bacon bites. No biggie, it was busy so it could've been a mistake with an easy fix. I waited until the line went down to inform the little boy that I got the wrong bites. "Okay I'll remake it in a sec" is what I got from him. I went to the waiting area to realize my drink had been

Easy to find. Average customer service. I got an iced coffee in a reusable container. I selected Starbucks because there were no vending machines nearby. I was lucky to be first in line. The rush crowd came in and the line was very long behind me.

I usually love this Starbucks but today the drink (pumpkin spice frap) and food (bacon gouda) made me sick. It must’ve been handled incorrectly because it’s the only thing I’ve had today and I have food poisoning symptoms.

the store looked nice and clean. I would really recommend, considering it’s one of the few Starbucks on base! the coffee was good and the barista, Nathan, was amazing! the best barista i have ever had. He was fast and knew what he was doing. Also he as very nice and had a very cute hat on with a hair net! very good!
