FroYo 2 Go

Updating my review after 2 years and dropping it, been going here since it opened. Service has dropped terribly. Staff aren’t as outgoing and friendly at all anymore- and seem more disturbed and frustrated to see anyone walk in. Machines often out of order now, toppings not available, etc. It’s losing its maintenance and is often frustrating to be wanting an ice cream and to find that several machines aren’t dispensing. This place is being ran into the ground. No longer can recommend. Original review: Great stuff! Workers were very nice too. And the machines all work properly unlike the SweetFrog that used to be here!

My family wants to love this place because its on base and so convenient, but no matter how many times we try, we always leave disappointed. Most times we have gone in the place has a weird, almost sewer like smell. Tables are dirty and not wiped down. Machines are dirty, and there’s ALWAYS broken ones. The flavors on some of them are flat out disgusting.. the workers used to be very nice but recently they don’t even know what’s going. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Normally just sitting with headphones in or on their video games. One day we walked in and the WHOLE piece of “glass” that protects the toppings bar from the customers was on the floor. I pointed it out to the employee and he picked it up AND PUT IT BACK ON TO THE TOPPINGS TABLE.. without any type of cleaning.. I was disgu

Went in on Friday and there were only two machines working. The place smelled nasty. We left without purchasing anything due to the lack of cleanliness and lack of working machines.

Looks and tastes great here! Delicious flavors, clean tables, and healthy snack options. Yum

Great local family owned business on Fort Belvoir! Clean, friendly service! We love coming here! Especially on hot summer days! Don't sleep on Froyo 2 Go! They're located on 12th street by Subway, stop by and show them some love!
