Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks is by far my favorite. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even on those hectit busy days, they make sure to let you know your drink is on its way and honestly they truly do an amazing job! Drinks taste great and the atmosphere is perfect to sit and work or simply enjoy a drink with a friend. Clean and great spot.

The staff is always nice and helpful. Kind of pricey but for a once-in-a-while treat not bad. The outdoor seating is especially nice very calm quiet area to sit and talk.

This Starbucks has a nice atmosphere and feel. It's set back away from the busier streets in the area. It's in more of a neighborhood area and feels more relaxing. Also, the lack of a drive-through makes it feel less busy. The dining room was clean and the service quick and friendly. I'm not a huge fan of their food, so minus one star because I like fresh food and it just feels overly processed to me. Overall, a really nice location and atmosphere that will keep us coming back for a morning or afternoon break.

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time. I am a graduate and run my own company. This morning, I visited this store and used the restroom first. When I returned to place my order, I was approached by two employees, Carissa Morlan and Amber, who told me that if I didn't purchase something, I couldn't use the restroom. As a longtime customer, I found their behavior completely unprofessional and shameful, especially in front of other customers. I will never return to Starbucks, especially this branch. The customer service was terrible and felt discriminatory. I hope this new policy is not a factor that leads to Starbucks struggling in an increasingly competitive market.
