How sad that you have these kinds of people who seem to be racist because we only came forward to order 5 drinks. and he spoke to us of a bad temper at the moment he spoke to us and even spoke badly to us. You have people like this because of this type of things they lose clientele if they don't feel like it. To sell to Spanish people, it's better not to work. and give your place to someone else who needs to work and who will do it better than you.

Happy birthday to me! Planned my day around my previous favorite out of the way Starbucks location for my free birthday coffee, on a very rough birthday for me personally, only for the lady to cheerfully reply 'oh sorry to tell you we don't do that here, sorry.' what a terrible associate, to not even wish me a happy birthday, but to just immediately dismiss me. Starbucks has lost my business for sure. Thanks Dunkin (across the street for sure your competitor) for the free large birthday coffee.

I’ve grown to love the team here. Their ability to take feedback and improve should be the retail standard. They are always pleasant and informative. This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location.

One of the worst customer service very inconsistent comparing to surrounding Starbucks , two girls in the front have nasty attitude and the drinks taste horrible , not made the way it should be.

This location proudly refuses to honor the complimentary birthday beverage offered in the Starbucks app. A needlessly cruel denial of one of life's simple pleasures.
