Stopped to get a Vanilla ice cream cone, there was no ice cream in the cone itself at all. That is totally wrong. I’ll never be back again.
They had an employee who made a large mistake with my takeout order. The manager corrected the error very professionally. This is my favorite Rita's by far...PLUS they do the lemon right!
99° degrees🌡outside? Hot, sticky, & humid? Cool off with Rita's🍒Italian Ice! It's the only way🤷🏽♀️ & for Eagles🏈 fans LIMITED time green ice! Parking available & outside seating. Enjoy!
Showed up at 9:10 on a Friday and they were closed. Their sign and maps listing clearly say 9:30. There were two employees inside, they ignored me.
Friendly staff. Tasty water ice and custard. Perfect for a hot summer evening. Plenty of parking.
