Dim Sum Factory Flourtown

Everything was absolutely amazing — from the food to the atmosphere and the service. The shrimp & broccoli was incredibly fresh; the shrimp were perfectly cooked, the vegetables were crisp, and the sauce was well-balanced. The dim sum was soft, flavorful, and generously filled — truly delicious. The restaurant has a clean, modern, and very welcoming atmosphere. Service was fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience.

We ordered seaweed salad, beef chew fun, chicken and broccoli, they all too salty. May be only today? Especially seaweed salad, I can’t eat without mixing with noodle or rice. The cold sesame noodle and cucumbers salad was too sweet. But the dumplings soup is perfect, not too salty and too sweet. It helps me able to continue my dinner. However food comes quickly. Services is good. Staff friendly . The serving robot bring join and fun for kids.

Good Evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting. They have been in the shopping center for about a year. Thats how long I have not patronized this area, a year. It was good to be back!!! I had visited the post office, the dollar tree and the Giant prior before coming here. I really liked the look and feel of this place. It was decorated so well. I loved the pictures they had and the decor of the place. Very classy. Whoever designed it did a spectacular job. I must say that the hit of the day was the machine that brought the serving trays. I have never seen anything like it. Soon there will be no use for servers. I ordered shrimp and broccoli. So delicious and I had a lot of shrimp in there, So many places are Skimpy with the shrimp. Cute little must try Dim Sum in the area. The experience was pretty great and there were a lot of choices to choose from on the menu. The beef on the stick was pretty tasty. However, the spicy pork soup dumpling didn’t really taste that great. The soup was good, but the pork didn’t really taste like anything and it was mushy. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I ate it anyway. I’m definitely coming back to try the other options available on the menu. I will update once I have returned!

Went for the kids to see the robot that delivers food and soupy dumplings. Robot is seldom seen and is underwhelming. No warm reception from waitstaff or anything. Food quality is that of a chain - 5/10. All that to say, for once we don’t go to Cin Cin and won’t make that mistake again - and the prices are almost the same. Will say the soupy D’s were good if you’re going just for that, I approve.
